Asset Integrity & Pressure Equipment Assessment

Introduction

Asset integrity requires demonstrable control over design margins, degradation mechanisms and regulatory compliance.

TQIS performs structured technical assessments of pressure vessels, piping systems and safety-critical components throughout their operational life.

Evaluations are based on applicable design codes, inspection data and engineering judgement.

Scope may include:

  • Review of design basis and applicable code compliance

  • Assessment of corrosion mechanisms and damage modes (API 571 principles)

  • Wall thickness evaluation and corrosion rate determination

  • Pressure boundary assessment and structural adequacy review

  • Fitness-for-Service screening in accordance with API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1

  • Evaluation of inspection strategies and risk exposure

Objective:

Provide a technically defensible basis for continued operation, repair, rerating or replacement decisions.
