Third-Party Inspection & PED / ASME Compliance

    Introduction

    Independent third-party inspection ensures regulatory compliance and objective technical verification.

    TQIS provides inspection services for fabrication, modification and installation of pressure equipment in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU, ASME codes and project-specific requirements.

    Inspection activities are executed with full independence and traceability.

    Scope may include:

    • Witnessing of fabrication and welding activities

    • Verification of WPS, WPQR and welder qualifications

    • Review of NDT reports and acceptance criteria compliance

    • Hydrostatic and pressure test witnessing

    • Material traceability verification (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2)

    • Interface coordination with notified bodies

    Ensure equipment is fabricated and verified in full compliance with applicable codes and regulatory obligations.
